Because this Restaurant and Gas Station are side by side (and because there are hardly any other restaurants here), I conclude that this must certainly be the ZMM Restaurant in La Pine. Note: Due to my travel itinerary, my photos of La Pine, OR, were taken in the afternoon.and the sun was in the West. Narrator and Chris were in La Pine in the morning, and the sun would have been in the opposite direction - East. This photo taken 11 minutes after the previous, shows the next stage of the development of the “crown”.
