Crater Lake National Park, OR. I do not recall seeing any lava flows prior to viewing the inside of the crater. The two previous photos showed the entrance highway going directly toward the Volcanic Mountain of Crater Lake. As the highway neared the base of the Mountain, it turned SW to climbed the Western slopes. Then, we kept turning slightly left as we were circling the mountain and climbing. This photo and five were taken at the top and upon the Western side of the crater. I have many other photos, including panorama photos, which will eventually be placed in these albums.
